Frequently Asked Questions

Can I leave and return during the event?

Yes. Upon arrival, you will receive a temporary hand stamp that allows re-entry during your organization's scheduled event.

Why do staff ask for my child's age?

Many organizations receive complimentary or discounted admission for children. Our staff verifies ages to ensure your organization is billed accurately.

What's with all the tiny hidden ducks?

Hidden throughout the property are tiny animal figurines (mostly ducks) for guests to find and take with them to remember their visit.

Is fishing permitted?

Yes. Guests may enjoy catch-and-release fishing from over 1,000 feet of bulkheaded shoreline and our two private piers.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Smoking is prohibited:

  • Inside all buildings
  • Inside restrooms
  • Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and be considerate of other guests.

Is swimming permitted?

Yes. Swimming is permitted at your own risk.

Please note:

No lifeguard is on duty.

Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult while in the beach area.


Is carryout permitted?

No. All food and beverages must be consumed during your event. Carryout is not permitted.

Do I have to empty my personal cup (stanley, yeti, etc.) when I leave?

Yes. Our food and beverage licenses require that all containers arrive and leave our facility empty.

Is Conrad's Ruth Villa open to the public?

No. Conrad's is a private residence and only accessible during contracted event times.
